MLC Life Insurance appoints new Chief People Officer

MLC Life Insurance has appointed Jane Murray as its new Chief People Officer, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer, Sean McCormack, as a member of his Leadership Team. Jane begins in the role today.

Jane will be responsible for strengthening the company’s performance culture by developing and implementing strategies in all aspects of human resource management. As the leader of the People function, her role will have oversight of the following areas: Performance and Reward, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, HR Business Partnering, Safety and Wellbeing and People Operations.

Before joining MLC Life Insurance, Jane was the Chief People Officer at Estia Health. Over her career, Jane has held executive and senior leadership roles in various ASX listed and non-listed companies in the Health, Funds Management, Superannuation, and Insurance industries.
