Help your client with any payment enquiries they might have with the information below

I want to update my client’s payment details

For most policies, you can update your client’s payment details by viewing their policy details online.

  • Select Clients and then Client list in the navigation menu.
  • Search and select a client.
  • Select the Payments tab.
  • Select Edit.
  • Attach a completed Payment authority request.

For all other policies: Please give us a call on 13 65 22 between 8.30am to 6pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.

My client is having trouble meeting their premium payment due to financial hardship
