Jane is responsible for leadership of the operations, underwriting, sustainability, remediation and corporate affairs functions at MLC Life Insurance.
Amidst Jane’s 25 years of financial services experience, she brings over 10 years of executive experience across various ASX-listed and non-listed companies in the health, funds management, superannuation and insurance industries. More recently, she was our Chief People Officer.
In addition to her extensive experience, she is a qualified organisational coach with a passion for helping unlock leadership potential, particularly during times of rapid change. She is highly skilled at facilitating large-scale cultural transformation.
