Susan Lynch

Chief People Officer (Acting)

Susan leads the People function at MLC Life Insurance (in an acting capacity). She is responsible for strengthening the company’s performance culture by developing and implementing strategies in all aspects of human resource management.

Susan joined MLC Life Insurance in October 2018 and has been leading the People Operations team since then. People Operations includes People Solutions, our 2nd tier employee support function, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and the management of our HR system; PeopleCount.

Before joining MLC Life Insurance Susan worked at NAB for over 20 years, most recently in a number of executive management roles in Business & Private Banking, Operations, Shared Services and People, Communications & Governance. Prior to that, Susan was part of the leadership team charged with transforming the global operations business within Wholesale Banking.

Prior to NAB, Susan worked in the Treasury Operations functions within Toronto Dominion, CBA and State Bank of Victoria.
