Retail Insurance Technology Upgrade Rescheduled to 28 April

With the fast-evolving situation relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19), MLC Life Insurance understands that you and your clients require clear information about our response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the impacts on our products and services.

We’ve continued to maintain our core business functions whilst working through this crisis and adapting to new ways of working. However, we’ve had to review the viability of the 7 April launch date for our new systems, including the digital experience for our customers and advisers.

We’ve decided that the best way we can ensure the successful delivery of our new customer and adviser portals is to reschedule the launch to Tuesday 28 April. 

This decision however, doesn’t change the way you write business with MLC Life Insurance. Riskfirst remains available until 24 April.

As we adjust to our new working situation, we’ll continue to deliver the best customer service we can for you and your clients.
