Part of this is our Vivo Incentive – a way for new customers to get affordable lump sum protection.
What is Vivo Incentive?
A lifetime discount of 7.5% on insurance premiums. Vivo Incentive applies to those customers applying for new lump sum cover when their Body Mass Index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 28.5 (inclusive).
Who is it available for?
The incentive is for new customers and customers who have joined from 1 October 2021 who are applying for new or additional lump sum cover.
It applies to the following covers:
- Life Cover (and all options, including Terminal Illness Support)
- TPD (and all options)
- Critical Illness (and all options)
How do I select Vivo Incentive on my quotes?
Vivo Incentive can be toggled on and off when completing quotes through the Adviser Portal. It’s also available through research house software.
