Support for customers impacted by recent floods

Our hearts go out to those experiencing financial hardship due to the devastating floods across Queensland and New South Wales.

If you’ve been affected, we’re here to help.

If you’re facing financial difficulties, we can help you with options so you can hold on to your insurance and continue to protect your lifestyle and your family into the future.

To see if you are eligible for this support, please contact us on 13 65 25 between 8.30am to 6pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, or you can speak to your adviser to discuss your options.

Federal government support available

In addition to the support provided by MLC Life Insurance, the federal government is also offering financial help.

Submitting a financial hardship request

If you are concerned about your ability to make life insurance premium payments, please contact MLC Life Insurance so that we can discuss what support can be provided during this time. Options are applied on a case by case basis in discussion between customers and our Education and Loyalty team.

Who is eligible for financial hardship support?

Support is available to existing customers holding policies either directly with MLC Life Insurance or through a financial adviser. If you are experiencing financial hardship after being impacted by the recent flooding, please contact MLC Life Insurance.
