If you are the legal representative for the Policy Owner who is deceased, please contact us on 13 65 25 or email us at enquiries.retail@mlcinsurance.com.au including the Incident Reference Number (this can be found in the bottom right corner of your letter, starting with “RET”) so we can provide further assistance.
