Step 1 - Access CoverManager through the portal 

Log in to the portal with your Customer Number and and scroll down to click the 'CoverManager' button in the What you're currently covered for section of your dashboard.

If this is your first time logging into the portal, you can set up your account following this guide.

Step 2 - Explore options to reduce your level of cover

CoverManager will guide you through the details of your existing cover. It’ll show you how adjusting your policy can lower your level of protection and how much you could pay for less insurance.

Step 3 - Contact us, and we'll adjust your policy

Once you're happy with the cover and premium, download a quote and request a call with one of our Insurance Coaches.

Our Insurance Coaches can confirm the details in your quote and provide general information about how the changes you selected will affect your cover. While they can't provide tailored advice like a financial adviser can, they can help you understand the risks or consequences of reducing insurance. If you'd like to proceed with your quote, they can also arrange the adjustments to your policy.
