Natalie Cameron leaves MLC Life Insurance

Natalie Cameron, Chief of Customer Operations, has left MLC Life Insurance to move onto the next phase of her career.

Natalie joined MLC Life Insurance as Chief Claims Officer in 2017, before becoming Chief of Customer Operations in March 2019.

Sean McCormack, Acting Chief Executive Officer, said, “Natalie has been a key member of the leadership team. I’d like to thank Natalie for her contribution to our business and wish her all the best in her next opportunity, which will be announced at her new organisation shortly.

“Following Natalie’s departure, I have decided to separate Customer Operations into two components for the time being.

“I have appointed Paul Borg, formerly General Manager of Direct Consumer at NAB, as new Acting Chief Customer Operations Officer.

“Concurrently, Jane Dorter, Head of KPMG’s Insurance Claims Solutions and Workplace Health division, has been seconded to MLC Life Insurance as Acting Chief Claims Officer.

“I welcome both Paul and Jane to MLC Life Insurance and look forward to working with them as we continue to deliver on our promises to customers in this challenging time.”
