Craig Dunn

Craig is an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Board Audit and Board Risk Committees for MLC Limited.
Craig has more than 25 years' experience in financial services, including as CEO of AMP Limited. Craig was previously a Non-Executive Director of Westpac and Chair of the Australian Ballet. He is a former Chair of the Financial Services Council, the Australian Government's Fintech Advisory Group, Stone and Chalk Limited, and the International Standards Technical Committee on Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies. Craig was also a member of the Financial Services Advisory Committee, a Panel member of the Australian Government's Financial System Inquiry and a consultant to King & Wood Mallesons.
Craig is currently the Chair of Telstra Group Limited and the Telstra Nomination Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee and a Non-Executive Director of Lion and Redkite. Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
