Kristin leads the People function at MLC Life Insurance. She is responsible for the culture, people and talent agenda that supports our people in delivering the company’s strategic priorities.
Kristin is a proven people and culture leader with over 20 years of experience in financial services across Australia and Asia. Through her senior human resources roles at Macquarie Bank, Morgan Stanley and BlackRock, she’s successfully led teams to deliver cultural and operational transformations.
She has extensive experience as a highly skilled business partner, with expertise in developing and implementing commercial, pragmatic, and business-orientated people and talent strategies.
Kristin has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney. Additionally, she’s a Level 1 Accredited Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL).
