We love bringing our people together to acknowledge and celebrate who we are and days of significance that are important to us and to our customers. We know it is important that we recognise and reflect the diversity of Australian society, as we keep our customers at the centre of everything we do.
Our celebrations include Pride, our cultural diversity, our commitment to Reconciliation, International Women’s Day and Men’s Health week. We thrive on creating a culture of belonging together, where everyone feels included, diversity is celebrated and our different stories are told. We also offer our people free membership to the Diversity Council of Australia which offers a community of members and access to events, resources and D&I expertise and research.
Support for families
We acknowledge that we all belong to a family, but families come in all shapes and sizes. We also know that our families and responsibilities can change over our lifetime. We offer leave and other support for our families, including paid pre-natal leave, paid parental leave, and paid ‘keeping in touch days’ to support your return to work after parental leave. We also extend up to 20 days of paid leave each year to support those who need domestic and family violence support. Alongside these leave options, we have a Work and Family Hub, an online hub of resources and support for families through our partnership with Parents At Work.
