David Hackett, CEO, MLC Life Insurance, said, “Susan has been a committed colleague, trusted friend and key member of my founding leadership team. She has played an instrumental role in the design of our business as we adapt to meet the challenges of a fast-evolving operating environment. On behalf of the MLC Life Insurance team, I’d like to thank Susan for her tremendous contribution to our business and wish her all the best.”

Susan Lynch, Executive Lead People Operations, will step into the role of Acting Chief People Officer while a permanent appointment is sourced.
