Catherine is an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Board Audit Committee, a member of the Board Incident Management Oversight, Board Risk and Board Remuneration Committees for MLC Limited.
Catherine is an actuary with over 25 years of experience in financial services. Before her position at MLC Limited, Catherine was Chief Risk Officer at AIG. She was responsible for the development and execution of the risk management strategy for the Australasian region.
Catherine held several previous senior corporate and consultancy positions across the health, general and life insurance sectors.
Catherine is a Non-Executive Director of Guild Group Holding and Guild Insurance Limited, and Chair of the Guild Group Audit and Risk Committees. Catherine also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair for Assetinsure and Challenger Retirement and Investment Services. In addition, she is a member of the ACT Public Trustee and Guardian Investment Board.
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Montreal, Canada, and holds Fellowships at the Actuaries Institute and the Society of Actuaries. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
