Hiroyuki Endo
Chief Investment Officer and Deputy CFO
Hiroyuki was appointed Chief Investment Officer and Deputy CFO of MLC Life Insurance in March 2023.
Prior to joining MLC Life Insurance, Hiroyuki held the role of General Manager, Separate Account Investment Department from 2019. In his role, he was responsible for the portfolio management of all financial products including developing new financial products.
Hiroyuki has held several roles within the Nippon Life Insurance Company since joining the business in 1995. He brings extensive experience, spanning nearly 30 years with Nippon Life in investment risk management, cash management, investment planning and real estate.
A selection of these positions included Deputy General Manager, Investment Risk Management Department (2015-2019), Chief Manager, Cash Management Department (2012-2015) and Chief Manager, Investment Planning Department (2010-2012).
Hiroyuki graduated in 1995 from Keio University, Japan, with a major in Environmental Information. He is also a chartered member of the Security Analysis Association of Japan, and a Certified International Investment Analyst.
