Ravi Aggarwal
Non-Executive Director
Ravi is a Non-Executive Director and member of the Board Nomination Committee for MLC Limited. Ravi is also a non-executive Director of Diners Club Pty Ltd and National Australia Bank (NAB) Global Innovation Centre India Private Limited.
Ravi joined NAB in 2014 and is the Executive, Head of Group Development, which comprises the NAB Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and NAB Ventures teams.
Prior to joining NAB, Ravi worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in Sydney, Mumbai and London. During his time at Morgan Stanley, Ravi was responsible for the execution and origination of M&A and capital market transactions, with a focus on the financial institutions sector.
Ravi holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from The University of Sydney.
